A little background so this actually makes some sort of sense. The film is about a man who owns a restaurant that has two michelin stars. He does everything he can to earn that third and final star and in does so he becomes increasingly frustrated and can't seem to do anything different. That's when he decides to serve human meat on his menu but obviously people don't know about this. So the film's intro is basically the ending.
